Request deletion of your Ratespedia account

For your personal banker account, open Ratespedia Mobile, choose Account, then Request account deletion and Submit deletion request. You will receive a request receipt. Ratespedia staff reviews the request before removing your personal account and organization assignment.

If you cannot sign in, contact Ratespedia with the subject “Delete my Ratespedia account.” Include your registered work email and organization name. Do not send your password, verification codes, or customer records. Identity verification may be needed before processing.

Deleting a personal account does not delete your organization’s mailed records or contacts previously exported to its CRM. Agreement acceptance evidence, billing and delivery evidence, and security audit records are retained according to the applicable record-retention requirements. Ask Ratespedia support about the data associated with your account and any applicable retention period.
